Currently, ZELOUJ provides shipping services only within Bangladesh.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within ১–২ working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Inside Dhaka: ১–৩ working days
- Outside Dhaka: ২–৫ working days
Delivery time may vary depending on courier operations and location.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and will be shown during checkout or order confirmation.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas across Bangladesh.
Customers are requested to provide accurate contact and address information to avoid delivery issues.
6. Delivery Delays
Unexpected delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Political or transportation issues
- Courier service limitations
ZELOUJ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
7. Failed Delivery
If a customer is unavailable or provides incorrect information resulting in failed delivery attempts, ZELOUJ may cancel the order or request advance payment for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within ২৪–৪৮ hours after receiving the parcel with proper evidence (photo/video).
